‘Seaboard’ is a wee window into an underwater world. The name Seaboard also references the fact this is painted on board ;) (I know, hilarious!!) I created the support out of wood, and it has spacers at the back so it floats some 2cm off the wall, leaving a nice organic shadow. It was created with acrylics and inks and collaged acrylic skins. The finish is a resin (but not shiny) like product that makes this very hardy and archival. I know it's an unusual support and might take an adventurous collector, but rest assured its as good quality materials as all my work. :)
