‘Liminal Bloom’ captures a moment of transformation—where growth, decay, and energy intertwine. Layers of fluid drips, botanical forms, and intricate patterns build upon one another, creating depth and movement.
The piece began with loose washes bleeding into raw canvas, forming an organic foundation. From there, I layered controlled linework, textured blooms, and luminous details, allowing each stage to interact and evolve naturally. The result is a world in flux—floating between the tangible and the ethereal, where nature and energy merge in a quiet, shifting harmony.
It’s painted on raw canvas, giving that natural coloured background, and is stretched on a canvas frame with the curvy corners that I so love :)
