‘Alps Abstracted’ is a mostly abstract landscape of mountains and valley alpine life. It was created with layered of acrylics and inks, and acrylic paint skins. I think I travelled there in my daydreams after a cancelled trip to New Zealand. It’s interesting how artists are finding inspiration during Covid… it’s a neo-surrealist opportunity.
